OUR COVID-19 POLICIES ARE AS FOLLOWS
UPON ENTERING THE STORE
You are required to wear a face mask before entering the store and through the duration of your shopping experience.
Your mask must have earholes. (i.e.- a scarf or bandana may not be used)
We encourage you to bring a mask, a disposable mask is available to you for $2.00 and may be purchased at the cash register.
Hand sanitization will be required upon entry. You can wash your hands after being escorted by a sales associate in our restroom.
TEAM MEMBERS
All employees will have their temperature taken before their shift and will not arrive at work if they are exhibiting symptoms.
SANITATION
The store is properly sanitized and disinfected multiple times per day. Before and after the store opens and closes and during store hours. Multiple sanitation stations are accessible around the store. We use alcohol and supplies offered from the City and County of Honolulu. We have our own private bathroom that has antibacterial soap and hand sanitizer. We also have a kitchen with a sink. Additional bathrooms are located in the building.
EXPANDED SALES FLOOR
We have expanded the stage area to offer more floor space. Plenty of space to spread out while maintaining 6ft apart.
WAIT TIME
Please wait in the pavilion area if the shop has reached its maximum capacity. There is a large open pavilion outside of the shop. Maunakea Street and Smith Street have plenty of room to walk around and wait. The parking garage is adjacent to our building at 918 Smith Street.
